Sródmieście is the central borough of the city of Warsaw. The best known neighborhoods in the borough are the Old Town (Stare Miasto) and New Town (Nowe Miasto).The area is home to the most important national and municipal institutions, many businesses, higher education establishments and theatres. It is also home to most of the tourist attractions in Warsaw, including the Pałac Kultury i Nauki, tallest building in the town, the narrowest street (5.3 m), the oldest university (est. 1809), the oldest public park (opened 1727),the oldest secular monument (1644) and the oldest historical building (13th century).
The most prominent building in Warsaw centrum is indeed, the Palace of Culture and Science/ Pałac Kultury i Nauki . It is the center for various companies, public institutions and cultural activities such as concerts, cinemas, theaters, libraries, sports clubs, universities, scientific institutions and authorities of the Polish Academy of Sciences. PKiN was designed by Soviet architect Lev Rudnev , and it is the tallest building in Poland, the eighth-tallest building in the European Union and one of the tallest on the European continent. It is 237 metres tall, including the structural 43-metre-high (141 ft) spire.

Mostly in Warsaw which is the main business hub . Small towns do not have too many high rises
